Cervical Cancer 2026
Cervical cancer prevention is not a responsibility limited to one factory or one organization; it is a shared responsibility. With this belief, we extended our cervical cancer awareness and screening initiative beyond our own factory and invited fellow factories within the EPZ to be part of this program. Because when it comes to health, protection should never stop at boundaries.
As a responsible organization, we do not believe in doing everything only for ourselves. We believe in saving together, protecting together, and growing together. This initiative was carried out as part of our broader CSR commitment, with the intention of creating a wider impact, spreading awareness, and encouraging early detection that can truly save lives. We were honored to have Dr Kazi Israt Jahan MBBS, BCS (Health), FCPS (Surgery), , a dedicated Breast Surgeon, and Atisha Rabbi. MBBS, BCS(Health), FCPS(Gynea &Obs), an experienced Gynecologist Specialist, who guided our employees with professionalism, clarity, and compassion throughout the session.
We were also proud to conduct this program in collaboration with our Factory Council, reinforcing the importance of worker representation, collective voice, and shared ownership in employee wellbeing. Health, dignity, and care are not privileges; they are rights. When industries, medical professionals, and worker representatives come together for a cause like this, the impact goes far beyond a single initiative; it builds a culture of care.
