• To monitor and administer general services, sourcing, security and HR activities
• Bridge management communication to mid and ground level employees through timely issuance of office orders and physical meetings
• Ensure all activities and processes are executed as per management approved SOPs in all administrative activities
• Processing store, purchase and service demand notes as per SOP
• Remain updated on departments headcount requirements and ensure staffing with in headcount budget
• Remain updated on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annual responsibility activities and timely ex*****on
• To follow up on daily attendance and related reports to management by HR on a regular basis
• Perform Recruitment & Selection process and conduct induction.
• Real estate management and maintenance including orchard, factory, admin offices, management bungalow, worker colony, staff quarters and security barrack
• Crowd access control
• Oversee HR activities and supporting recruitment process, employee issues and training sessions
• Timely conduct performance management process for department
• Company event management
• Relationship maintenance with VAT, Bakhrabad Gas and Polli Biddut Authorities for proper management of utility services
• Officer In-Charge Roster management for round the clock services availability and management of emergency
• Third party service provider negotiations, agreements etc
• Identify and implement cost cut initiatives
• Implementation of Code of Conduct SOP with Zero Tolerance
• Position is required to provide Day-To-Day progress report regularly
• Any other tasks required by management
