আমাদের জন্য আমাদের কাস্টমাররা অনেক স্পেশাল। কারণ আপনারা আছেন দেখেই আমরা আছি। তাই আপনাদের সুবিধার্তে কিছু কথা বলছি:

১/ আমাদের ড্রেস এর রিয়েল ফটো এবং ভিডিও দেয়া থাকে তার সাথে মেসারমেন্টস এবং ফেব্রিক্স ডিটেলস ও লিখা থাকে। তাই অর্ডার এর পূর্বে একদম সিওর হয়ে অর্ডার প্লেস করবেন সেটাই রিকোয়েস্ট থাকবে।

২/ প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি দিতে ২-৭ দিন সময় লাগতে পারে। যদিও আমরা ২-৩ দিনের মধ্যেই ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকি তাও মাঝে মধ্যে কিছুটা সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।

৩/ প্রোডাক্ট পেয়ে ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনেই প্রোডাক্ট চেক করা বাধ্যতামূলক। যদি প্রোডাক্ট চিড়া ফাটা থাকে তাহলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ পে করে তখনাৎ ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর কাছে ড্রেস রিটার্ন করতে হবে। এরপরে কোনো রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবেনা।

৪/ অর্ডার প্লেস করার জন্য আপনার নাম, ফেইসবুক নাম যদি ভিন্ন হয় আসল নাম থেকে , ফোন নাম্বার এবং ঠিকানা দিতে হবে। অর্ডার প্লেস করার পর ক্যানসেল করার অপসন থাকছেনা।

গতকাল আমরা সামার ড্রেসটার ফার্স্ট ফটো এবং ভিডিও পোস্ট করি আলহামদুলিল্লাহ আজকের মধ্যে আমাদের এই ড্রেসটি সোল্ড আউট হয়ে গেছ। আমরা এখনো অনেক মেসেজ পাচ্ছি সামার এর জন্য , আমরা চেষ্টা করবো ঈদ এরপর restock করার। তখন হয়তো pre অর্ডার বেসিস এ restock করা হবে। আমরা আপনাদের কে আপডেট দিবো যদি পসিবল হয় restock করা। ধন্যবাদ সামার কে এতো টা ভালোবাসা দেয়ার জন্য
