***RULES REGARDING ORDERING PROCEDURE FOR A PRODUCT***

On behalf of Joya's Closet I welcome all of my dear valued Joya's Closet group members and respected customers. If you are agreed with these following rules only then you are requested to order for your desired product in Joya's Closet.

1. Then you send it along with your name, current address and active mobile number to Joya's Closet Page/

Group/ What's App number.

2. RULES.....
Joya's Closet is an online trading center. Presently it does not have any outlet. So, you have to place online order.

3. RULES.....
We take little advance while you order in Joya's Closet. It is at least one fifth of the total price of the product. For example, If the cost of the product is Tk-10000/00 then you have to pay in advance Tk-2000/00 during the time of order through Bank or Bkash. And have to pay rest of the money after receiving the product.

4. RULES.....
For product in stock, no advance is required, only cash on delivery. For delivery within Dhaka city area full cash on delivery and for delivery outside Dhaka full cash on delivery or in condition.

5. RULES.....
You have to pay the delivery charge only Tk- 80/00 if the delivery place is within Dhaka city area. For outside Dhaka, it is Tk- 150/00.

6. RULES.....
Price is fixed. So please do not bargain for product cost or delivery charge.

7. RULES.....
At first get 100% confirmed and then only place the order. In no way you can cancel once you place the order. Even though if you cancel the order advance paid for the product will not be returned.

8. RULES.....
In case of pre-order, maximum 15-25 days will be needed for the delivery of the product as the product will be made and imported from other countries.

9. RULES.....
Please check the product thoroughly in front of the delivery man. In no way product can't be returned once the delivery man is left the place of delivery.

10. RULES.....
For camera lenses a very little bit of color may be changed which should be accepted.

11. RULES.....
For delivery outside Bangladesh, delivery charge will be according to the charge taken by International Courier Service like DHL, Fedex etc. Joya's Closet highly appreciate your kind cooperation and well understanding.
