No cancellation will be catered while the order is placed, payment (delivery charge or other) completed, and/ or delivery procedure started. If anyone wants to cancel on that occasion then the delivery charge would be deducted as compensation.
2. Exchange (if found solid error but no color slight difference or any of the sort) is acceptable before wash/ use but return & refund is unacceptable under any circumstances.
3. Advance* 300 takas would be applicable for outside Dhaka home delivery or delivery on collection.
4. Advance* 150 takas would be applicable for inside Dhaka Home delivery.
5. 500/1000 taka would be applicable in advance for customized products.
6. Courier for home delivery would come to the doorsteps of the honorable clients & customers would verify products in front of the courier person.
7. After home delivery completion no exchange or return would be entertained under any circumstances as the customer already checked, verified & received the products.
8. Our designers and sewing operators try to imitate 100% of the original product including color, material, and design so it would be appreciated when customers would order, purchase, and get delivered then they would not try to complain against the business or any other personnel related to it. Therefore, a clear understanding is a must before purchasing any product.
9. If products are rejected or disliked by the customers, delivery charges either inside or outside Dhaka will be applicable.
10. Party wear shall be dry washed and if any customer does otherwise then there will be no exchange or return will be applicable at all for misplaced designing materials of the dress.
* Advance amount would be adjusted in the final billed amount. When anyone purchases any product he/she agrees to the terms and conditions of the business and absolves the business or the personnel related to it from legal bindings of any sort under every circumstance.
