Job Summary:
The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations function,
including supply chain, sales and marketing, inventory management, logistics, and quality
control. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies aligned with the brand’s business goals
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, building customer relationships
• Manage supply chain operations, including inventory control and logistics coordination
• Ensure consistent compliance with product quality standards
• Optimize operational and sales processes to improve profitability, and cost-effectiveness
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve operational and sales performance goals
• Design and execute effective promotional and sales campaigns
• Forecast demand, analyze market trends, and support customer engagement initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular performance reports
• Identify business risks and implement proactive strategies to ensure steady growth
• Any other related tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools
• Understanding of fashion trends and retail market dynamics
