To ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience, please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order:
📌All our products are made with 100% premium-quality materials.
📌Please make sure of your correct size before confirming your order. Once an order is confirmed, size changes or exchanges will not be possible.
📌Pre-Order & Advance Payment Policy
As each outfit is customised according to your selected size and length, a 30% advance payment is mandatory for all pre-orders, both inside Dhaka and anywhere else in Bangladesh.
* Your order will be processed only after the advance payment has been received.
* The 30% advance payment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after confirmation, as production begins based on your customised requirements.

📦 Please check the product carefully in the presence of the delivery agent. If you find any issue (such as a damaged item or receiving the wrong product), please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. No complaints will be accepted after the delivery agent has left.
🛵 Delivery Charge:
* Inside Dhaka City: ৳80
* Outside Dhaka (Anywhere in Bangladesh): ৳150
💰 All product prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Kindly refrain from bargaining.
