📝 Responsibilities:

• Reply to customer inbox messages and comments
• Post regularly on our page
• Assist customers with their queries
• Follow guidelines and complete assigned tasks
• Coordinate with our existing moderator team when required

You’ll be working alongside our current team of moderators. Duty will be at least 3-4 hours of work per day.

✅ Requirements:

• Must be active and responsive
• Good communication skills (Bangla & basic English)
• Knowledge of Pakistani dresses and brands will be given preference
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Able to work under pressure and handle customers professionally
