If there is a problem with the product then we will exchange it with the same or different product of your choice. We are happy to exchange unsuitable garments within 7 days with a valid receipt provided all garments are in resalable original condition with price tags intact. In case of home delivered products, customer will have to bear the extra delivery charge to return the product. Customers living outside of Dhaka Metro Area will have to pay the full price of the product and delivery charge in advance.
