Last month, Accortex management, along with the marketing and merchandising team, visited the Czech Republic for a series of pre-scheduled customer meetings and a warehouse visit.

The primary goal of the visit to Prague was to strengthen and maintain strong customer relationships. However, sustaining these relationships also comes with key responsibilities—ensuring product quality and timely delivery. To that end, we visited the customer’s warehouse in Ostrava to receive direct feedback from their in-house quality inspector.

It was a valuable learning experience for all of us, especially for Ahasanul Hoque, and we look forward to seeing the impact of this experience in his future contributions at Accortex.

We Are : Quality Controller (Knit & Woven)

We are looking for Quality Controllers to join our team. The selected candidates will be stationed at Accortex Sourcing's partner factories, responsible for monitoring operations throughout the manufacturing process and ensuring production standards are met. They will also inspect products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications (buyer requirements).

- Number of Positions: 1
- Application Deadline: 28 July 2025 (If you are interested, please apply early.)
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Quality Management within Garments, Textile, or Buying House
- Education: Minimum HSC or equivalent
- Salary Range: Tk. 35,000 – Tk. 55,000 (based on your skills and experiences)

Qualifications

- Proven skills in Quality Control and Assurance
- Strong knowledge of Quality Auditing processes
- Clear understanding of buyer specifications, quality standards, and measurement tolerances
- Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple product categories
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and teamwork
- Technical expertise in Knit & Woven (mandatory)
- Experience with Tube T-shirts is a plus
- Performance-driven and result-oriented
- Dynamic, honest, and dedicated
- Commitment to on-time shipment
