You can make Cash on Delivery (COD) or you can also pay us in advance through bKash, Nogod apps payment to merchant account ( # # ). At this moment, we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of Bangladesh prior to next notice. Return Policy
YmiRa can not be exchanged/returned and the refund can not be made once sold unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please carefully choose your desired products, size, color, style etc before you confirm the purchase. We are unable to allow the trial of YmiRa because of its sensitivity/next-to-skin nature. We assure you that all products are brand-new and would be having the exact specification as per your order. We can not be held responsible after the delivery if the product does not meet the expectation of the customer upon receipt of the goods. In case there is manufacturing defect, customer needs to inform us within 24 hours after delivery with necessary evidence. If exactly the same item is available with us, we shall arrange the replacement without delivery charge. If not available, customer can choose the nearest alternative item in the same price range or we can refund the full amount within 7 working days.
