𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Lead and manage the overall compliance function of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, buyer requirements, and company policies.
• Plan and coordinate internal, social, environmental, and buyer audits.
• Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
• Conduct compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
• Collaborate with HR, Production, Administration, and other departments to maintain compliance standards.
• Prepare audit reports, compliance documentation, and management reports.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance performance.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Textile Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, workplace safety, and buyer compliance requirements.
• Experience managing social, environmental, and security audits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
