🤧 হাঁচি-কাশি দেওয়ার সময়ে টিস্যু দিয়ে নাক-মুখ ঢেকে নিন। ব্যবহৃত টিস্যু অবশ্যই ঢাকনা যুক্ত ময়লার পাত্রে ফেলে, সাবান ও পানি দিয়ে হাত পরিষ্কার করুন।

💪 টিস্যু না পেলে হাঁচি-কাশি দেওয়ার সময়ে বাহুর ভাঁজে নাক মুখ ঢেকে নিন।

❎ যেখানে সেখানে কফ ও থুথু ফেলা যাবেনা।
