Purchasing :
• Customer can buy any product from album, live or given post as per availability of a product.

Only Inbox is preferred to place an order.
• Cancellation of any confirmed order is not Expected and Accepted, if any cancellation occurs from customer end without any notification/discussion will be treated as fraudulent activity. Delivery:
• Delivery is done through 3rd party, they are solely responsible for the delivery process.
• Customers can request for change of delivery time & date while delivery office contact them. Payment:
• Customers can pay through Bkash, Cash on Delivery.
• Advance 300 taka has to be paid in advance in case of delivery outside Dhaka. Return of a Product:
• There is no return policy unless the product is found defective/damaged after delivery or we miss the delivery deadline. Fraudulent activity:
• Returned from customer end without any notification/discussion whether the product is found all right
• Returned from courier office for not receiving phone calls.
