✔ Cash on Delivery (COD) available all over Bangladesh.
✔ Advance payment via bKash/Nagad may be required for selected remote areas.
🚚 Delivery Charge:
• Inside Dhaka: BDT 80 per product
• Outside Dhaka: BDT 140 per product
⏰ Estimated Delivery Time:
48–168 hours depending on location and courier availability.

🔄 Exchange Policy & Conditions
✔ Exchange request must be made within 30 days.
✔ Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
✔ Original purchase receipt/order confirmation is required.
📏 Exchange is applicable only for size issues. If the requested size is unavailable, customers may exchange it for another design of equal or higher value by paying the difference.
❌ No cash refund during exchange.
❌ Sale items and customised products are not eligible for exchange.
⚠ Customers must ensure secure packaging while returning products.
🛠 Return & Repair Policy
Every MIRAI product goes through quality inspection before delivery.
✔ Free repair within 90 days from purchase.
✔ Repair service available within 6 months with applicable charges.
❌ Repair requests after 6 months will not be accepted.
📦 Customers may request a return if:
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect found
• Ordered product unavailable for replacement
For personal preference returns, delivery charges must be borne by the customer.
💳 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after successful product inspection and approval.
⏳ Estimated Refund Time:
• Debit/Credit Card: 7–10 working days
• Bank Transfer: 7–10 working days
• bKash/Nagad/MFS: 3–5 working days
⚠ Cashback, discounts, or promotional offers may be adjusted with the refund amount. Customers must provide correct payment details for successful refunds.
⚠ Custom-Made Product Policy
Customized or made-to-order products are specially prepared for individual customers.
✔ Full payment is required after order confirmation.
❌ No cancellation after confirmation.
❌ No exchange or refund for custom-made products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
