Our Story

Qamash – Outfit for every story.

At Qamash, we weave fabrics into stories that reflect the women around us. Designed by women, for women, we are an experimental ethnowestern designer label that curates unique pieces for the modern woman -- empowered, cultured, adventurous, bold, trendy and versatile. From luxury statement pieces for a night out with the girls to chic casual-wear perfect for lounging after a long day at work on a sultry summer evening, our fashion-wear is inspired by the narratives of everyday women we encounter in this mega city.

Qamash desires to dress the everyday woman; she who juggles between multiple identities in a day -- from a student to a professional, a daughter to a homemaker a thrill seeker to an adventurer. She is fearless in her pursuit of her dreams, and she isn’t constrained by her age, or her societal boundaries. She navigates her roles so effortlessly -- and we want to make sure that she looks her best while she strives to be her best self. To do so, we looked at emerging fashion trends across the globe, and at home, and we decided to curate designs that are a perfect fusion of both.

We didn’t hold back from sketching styles that pushed us beyond our comfort zone; whether it’s a hand embroidered blazer adorned atop a Jamdani saree, or a sequined kimono wrapped over loose monochromatic chiffon chemises, we decided to take risks -- and we hope that they will pay off when you indulge us in your lives.We dream that at Qamash you will find a piece that truly speaks to who you are, and we hope that you will adorn us as you set out to write your stories.
