1. Queries and Placement of order: All products, displayed within postings, stories, videos, l
ive-seasons and shop-section of this page are in ‘Ready-Stock’ and also owned by this business. Audience/ customers are allowed and welcomed for their queries and/ or placing their order for same products only. Customer’s Name, Address and Cell-number are mandatory for placing any order;
2. Confirmation: Booking-money is a must for ‘Confirmation of Order’. A minimum
advance is tk.510/- when total price (ordered-product) less or equals Tk.3,000/- and the advance differs as per company policy & practice when the total price of products (ordered) goes higher. Exchange or amendment within orders after confirmation is strictly prohibited;
3. Payment: Payment acceptable by Bank, Bkash, Rocket, Nexus Pay (DBBL), Astha
(BRAC Bank) and other valid bank-transfer within the country. Western Union or any other gov-authorized bank-transfer also acceptable for payment from overseas for NRB-Customers;
4. COD Service: Fully cash on delivery (with no advance) available only within limited areas of Dhaka city metro (*condition applied);
5. Delivery Charge: Tk.100/- within Dhaka metro area and Tk.150/- within other district/areas over the country (courier’s standard single-pack). Pickup/Takeaway service available (with no charge) from our office/outlet or other advised pickup points;
6. Delivery-time/ System: Typically, delivery performs within 24 up to 36 hours after confirmation of order, subject to national holidays, natural disaster, or any unavoidable circumstance arises. Delivery provided by third-party (Courier Service) and they also responsible for delivery process and timing. Delivery accomplishes on condition-basis only from ‘Courier-Office’ when payment is due within all district/areas of the country (excluded Dhaka city-metro). Home delivery available against full payment in advance. Shipping facility available for customers in abroad (NRB) subject to living countries;
7. Booking period: Booking facility available (on demand at customer end) maximum up to 14 days from the date of confirmation against 50% payment in advance, when total price (ordered-product) is less or equals Tk.10,000/-. Subsequent failure to receive the order in time shall be considered as auto-cancellation and shall be resulted in ‘forfeit of whole advance against the order’;
8. Cancellation: Customers are allowed to cancel their orders without penalty by notification or discussion with admin before confirmation is sent. Any cancellation occurred in customer end without notification/discussion shall be treated as fraudulent activity that may resulted in penalty or more. Page-admin preserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice, while it seems to avoid page-rules as per company policy & practice.
9. Additional Term: All products of this page are accomplished with 100% QC on arrival at store. Prior packing for each delivery, further inspection and final checkup within every single part including accessories is a must and regular practice of this page by dedicated staff. And the page follow "No-return/ No-exchange policy" except the product sent is damaged or is different from article that ordered by customer.
10. Special Info: All products displayed/ offered in this page are 100% original by brand and/ or manufacturer. And this page never deal/involve with any replica/ copy/ master-copy or anything alike of any brand.
11. Caution: All customers are requested to communicate and/ or to be alert at SMS/ phone-calls given by third-party service provider (courier service/delivery-man) according to the tips/guideline given by admin for the purpose of smooth delivery. 14. Fraudulent Activities:
•Product (confirmed-order) not received or returned by customer while delivery without any notification or discussion whether the product is found all right;
•Returned from courier office without notification or discussion through page/phone;
•Cancellation of any order immediate before delivery, which confirmed earlier by customer. Above will be treated as fraudulent activities and the page reserves all rights to expose profile of relevant customer including screenshot of conversation-detail on page as evidence following to legal action, penalties, ban from page or whatsoever as per company policy and practices.
