**Product Booking Order and Delivery Guidelines**

🔸Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Dhaka. To confirm an order, 500 BDT advance payment must be made. For deliveries outside Dhaka, 50% payment must be made in advance to confirm the order. For deliveries outside Dhaka, the product is delivered via Sundarban Transport. Delivery within Dhaka usually takes 1-3 days, while outside Dhaka it may take 3-7 days. For home deliveries outside Dhaka, products can be delivered via Sundarban E-commerce Courier or Pathao Courier.

🔸For overseas deliveries, full payment must be made through the bank, and the receipt must be provided to confirm the order. Generally, delivery is made through DHL or FEDEX. In such cases, the delivery can take 7-15 or 20 days as per the standard procedure.

🔸Check the product in front of the delivery person. If there is any defect, inform them immediately. In such cases, necessary actions will be taken as per the policy. If the product cannot be checked at the time of delivery and a defect is found after unboxing, you must report the issue with an unboxing video and proper proof within 24 hours. Complaints other than defects will not be accepted.

🔸The actual color of the product may differ slightly from the picture due to lighting and screen resolution. Complaints related to color variations will not be accepted.

🔸Please make sure to read the "Product Booking and Delivery Guidelines" carefully before confirming the order.
