Most of our page members are either expecting parents, or new parents or at least parents. We all have gone through that difficult time of carrying baby in tummy and afterward, having difficult time to carry out our daily lives with the excess weight we have gained during pregnancy. Some of us even think that, this is it! I have lost my youth, beauty and happiness to have my precious in my arms. This is rather a wrong concept cause it is very important to be in shape to give your baby your best. Many of us have already shed the excess weight they gain during pregnancy but well, many of us still lag behind. But it is possible, doable and I believe you can do it! So, can you mommies please share your status regarding fitness with us so that we all can move forward together for a healthy lifestyle? What do you say ??? And also fathers, brothers all are encouraged to participate. Please share your thought about being fit and healthy lifestyle.
