Job Position: Senior Executive/ Executive - Training & Development (Corporate HR Team)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Training & Development with strong training delivery capability.

Location: Tongi

Job Responsibilities
• Analyze Training Need Assessments (TNA) in coordination with the HR Manager and HODs of SBUs.

• Prepare annual Training & Development plans and budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Develop and implement the annual Training & Development calendar as per schedule.
• Design training modules, manuals, materials, and presentations using various media.
• Facilitate and ensure timely availability of Training & Development materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and trainers.
• Maintain systematic records of training modules, attendance, reports, evaluations, logistics, expenditures, and meeting minutes.
• Promote and develop a strong Training & Development culture within the organization.
