=>2 Slasher dye with 3 warping (one Sucker Muller, Germany and another Pannon, Taiwan).
=> 1 Morrison Rope Dye.
=> 116 Picanol (Omni plus 800 looms), 20 Rappier looms and 110 Picanol latest model Summom looms from Belgium.
=> 3 Morrison finishing. 2 Stenter with coating.
=> De-sizing with over dye and 2 mercerizing mc.

অনেক আপু ইনবক্সে একটা প্রশ্ন করেন, আপু বাটিকের রং থাকবে তো??
এই কমন প্রশ্নের সম্মুখীন আমাদের প্রায়ই হতো হয়।কারণ বাটিক নিয়ে কাজ করি তাই।
সব আপুদের উদ্দেশ্যে বলছি আপুরা নিশ্চিন্তে নিতে পারেন এই বাটিক গুলো কেননা এগুলো ভ্যাট রং দিয়ে কাজ করা, সালফার দিয়ে করলে রং ওঠার একটা চান্স থাকে।
আপনারাই বলেন, আপনাদের যে কপড়ের বাটিক থ্রিপিস গুলো দেওয়া হয় সেগুলো কতো ভালো মানের কাপড় এই কাপড় কি সালফার দিয়ো কাজ করে নষ্ট করা যায়?
তাই নিশ্চিন্তে আমাদের থ্রিপিস গুলো আপনারা নিতে পারেন রিজেনেবল প্রাইসে।
