In two ways I want to take investment.
Monthly or Yearly.
Monthly: I'll share rental income from my property. For example if you invest Tk 5 lakhs I will provide monthly Tk 5000 from the rent I got from my house.
Yearly: If you want to take Yearly profit. I will give you a land share after a year I will buy the share from you with profit. For example now I'll take TK 10 lakhs for a land share, after a year I'll buy the share at TK 12.5 lakhs from you. You will make TK 2.5 lakhs guaranteed profit.
Monthly profit will be around 12% and Yearly profit will be 25%. Minimum investment amount is TK 5 lakhs.
My husband and I are the owner of the land and the properties. All types of legal procedures will be followed by a legal advisor. For extra security Bank Cheque will be provided.
