Returns and Exchanges:
Please read below our return and exchange policies before you return any item. Return Policy:
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:
Returns must be sent within 15 days of your order’s original shipment date. Please return the items in the
ir original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) with the tags attached, including Elma Fashion hangtags attached. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned. Return If you believe:
-You have received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise (style, size, or color). You must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect. Non-Returnable Items:
The following are not eligible for return:
-Returns received after Fifteen (15) days of the original shipment date
-Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and/or stains.
-Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
-Incorrect address format, including any form of a PO Box address.
-In case of minor design and color variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products.
