complaints will not be accepted later.

֍ Complaints or exchanges must be made within three (03)
business days; otherwise, they will not be accepted.

🍁 Delivery Time: Once the order is completed, delivery is done
quickly, however…

֍ Within Dhaka, delivery is completed within a maximum of two
(02) business days, and for other districts, police stations, and
villages, delivery is completed within 3/4 business days.

֍ Urgent same-day delivery is available within Dhaka city with an
additional delivery charge.

🍁 Payment Process: Customers can pay through cash on delivery
or via advance payment.

֍ Delivery charge within Dhaka city is 80 BDT and home delivery
in other districts is 150 BDT.

֍ For same-day urgent delivery within Dhaka city, the Pathao
urgent service charge must be paid.
