💜Three Generations, One Sacred Journey💜
Looking back at our 2024 Umrah journey, my heart still overflows. Performing these sacred rituals was a different kind of devotion because I wasn't just there as a daughter, but as a mother myself.
Having my mother by my side while I guided my little Fiha created a bond that words can barely capture. As I watched my mother’s seasoned strength and then looked down to see Fiha’s tiny hands raised in dua, I realized that faith is a gift we pass from one generation to the next.
Seeing the Kaaba through the eyes of my mother’s wisdom and my daughter’s innocence reminded me that faith is purest in the heart of a child and deepest in the soul of a mother. It wasn't just a pilgrimage; it was a three-generation bond sealed in the most blessed place on earth. To walk those holy grounds with the woman who raised me and the child I am raising was the greatest blessing of my life.
May Allah accept our deeds and call us back again. 🤲💚
