Classyfind reserves the right to withdraw and/or modify any items on its page at any time. Placing an order
The customer may order by sending message on Classyfind page at any time. Please note, Classyfind reserves the right to cancel or to refuse any order from a customer with whom there exists a dispute relating to the payment of items or who appears to present a risk to Classyfind.Your order will be confirmed after you made full payment or at least 70% of the total price amount in advance.Your contact number and address must be given as well. All orders imply acceptance of the prices and item descriptions available at the time of sale. Classyfind undertakes to honor all orders received subject to item availability. If one or more items ordered are not available, Classyfind will strive to inform the customer as soon as possible. In such a situation, the customer’s order will be cancelled and the corresponding payment amount will be refunded. Payment and security
In some cases, Classyfind may contact a customer to request additional information before his or her order is processed. This is standard security procedure and the information provided will not be shared with any outside parties. Dispatch and delivery
Delivery locations
At this time, Classyfind delivers in most part within Bangladesh. Please note that remote deliveries may incur charges and longer delivery times. Please note Customers must provide a valid delivery address at their own responsibility. Delivery options
Classyfind offers two different delivery options:
Regular Standard deliveries and EXPRESS deliveries:
Subject to payment confirmation. Regular Standard Delivery time is approximately five working days from the time Classyfind confirms the availability of the products via facebook/phone/whatsapp massege to the customer. An Express delivery (within 1-3 days) can also be arranged on request of the customer with additional delivery charges. Exchanges, returns and refund
Classyfind does not offer any Exchanges, Returns or Refund of the items sold to the customers. Payment
Customers must pay for their purchases via BIKASH. The payment will be confirmed upon receipt of any additional information requested. Customer must provide a valid e-mail address for further correspondence regarding their purchase. Events outside our Control
Classyfind will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute (whether or not involving our employees), or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities, or for non-availability of materials or other items from our suppliers. Such failure shall not be regarded as a breach of obligations and/or the Contract until such time (if any) as we shall be able to perform such obligations and do not do so.
