We are starting our journey on Facebook and currently orders are taken only via Facebook message and Instagram direct message.

Order procedure:
Go through our albums and view our collection. Please read the description of the photos to know about product material and price. Message us on Facebook with the link, photo or product code of the product you want to order. Any one will do. To confirm your order, you have to pay 50% in advance. The rest 50% is to be paid during the delivery. For orders outside Dhaka, full advance is required. You can either send it to us via Bkash or via Bank. Details will be sent to you via message if you are interested to order. After sending the money, inbox us with your name, transaction id, amount sent, date and time of sending money, number from which money is sent, pickup point/ address of home delivery and contact number in case of Bkash. In case of bank, inbox us with your name, pick up point/ address of home delivery, contact number, date of transaction and a photo of the bank receipt. Your orders will be confirmed by us. It will take 7-15 working days to deliver your product. You can choose to pick up your clothes from our pick up points at a convenient time of both parties or you can choose to get your product delivered to your home. Home delivery charges applied. Refund/Exchange policy:
There is no refund or exchange option. You are supposed to check the product when the delivery man delivers. After the delivery man leaves, the product is sold and cannot be returned. In case, you find defect in the dress, you call at 01711945323 or text the page immediately and your query will be answered. In case of any fitting related problems, let us know if you cannot get it fixed by yourself. we will be happy to take the dress back, fix it for you and return to you. However, please ensure that you are providing the correct measurements. You will only be given this service if the dress do not match with your given measurements. Once, you have sent the bkash, order cannot be cancelled and once we have bought the fabric for you, the order cannot be changed. The page has the right to change any of the policy at anytime
