John’s motive is to get collaborated like doing affiliate marketing or become an authorized reseller of the global famous luxurious brands like Christian Dior, Gucci, Versace, Louis Vuitton, Bogetta Veneta, CHANEL etc. John’s is currently an authorised reseller of Gucci & Versace. John’s motto is “tu deseo, tu sueño, lo haremos realidad” - which is Spanish for “ your wish, your dream, we will make it come true”. [we take the payment through bKash or bank transfer for keeping the payment transaction record for both merchant and customer, cash is also possible by providing customer an invoice]. St. John's provide the quickest delivery facility in the town. If unfortunately customer miss to receive the product while our delivery man is at the door, the delivery will be charged twice on the day of product receiving. Customer can check the product physically upfront closely and carefully before making the due payment , our delivery man can wait as long as it takes until the customer consider the product satisfaction and keeping the product after paying off due payment to our delivery man. PLEASE NOTE: once the customer pay off the delivery man there is no chance to return the product or money refund, if anything goes wrong or customer get confusion, the customer can consult with delivery man or make us a call immediately to our customer care and resolve the matter.

St. John's does provide refund payment to the customer and also take return of the product. There is a terms & conditions for this policy which are:
♧︎ If customer receive faulty product, faulty colour, faulty design then it can be returned to the delivery man instantly.
♧︎ If we are unavailable to provide the product for any unfortunate event, we will refund the advance payment through bank transfer or bKash.
♧︎ St. John's will not take the responsibility after the customer get the product and checked the product carefully then declaring to the delivery man of the product
satisfaction. After the due payment made by customer and the delivery man leaves, we won't take any complaint and we will be unavailable to refund money & take the return of the product.
