বিকল্প রাস্তা হিসেবে চাঁনপুর ব্রিজ বা টিক্কারচর ব্রিজ দিয়ে ঢুকে-
১.জনতা / কবিরাজ বাজার দিয়ে বুড়িচং ঢুকে সাহায্য করা যাবে,
২. তেলকপি - ভুবনঘর - রসুলপুর দিয়ে ঢুকে সাহায্য করা যাবে,
৩. ফকির বাজার গাজীপুর দিয়ে ঢুকে সাহায্য করা যাবে,
৪. পানি বেশি বৃদ্ধি পেয়ে ব্রাহ্মণপাড়া ঢুকে গেলে শংকুচাইল- লরিবাগ হ'য়ে ঢুকে সাহায্য করা যাবে
৫. আরো বেশি পানি বৃদ্ধি পেলে হরিমঙ্গল - নাইঘর রাস্তা ব্যবহার করে সাহায্য করা যাবে!'
