A LUIS, BLUE INC, MATALAN, TESCO, ASDA, HUMOR, WALMART, K-MART and many more.We have 134 Japanese Toyota and Tsudakoma Air-jet looms, a capacity to produce 12 million meters a year with in-house quality control laboratory, ISO 9000and OEKO-TEX Certifications. Our product development team is producing new designs and articles to cater for the ever-changing fashion industry needs. The processing plant produces fabrics in PFD/RFD and range of exciting colors, dyeing in reactive and pigment to cater to the varying quality, performance and end-use related demands. Printing is carried on 12 color rotary machine. Diversity can be achieved by using pigment or reactive dyestuff. We also have an in-house design facility for quick turnaround of strike offs and samples.Finishing materials and technical expertise can produce variety of popular finishes including soft finish, hard finish, carbon peach, heavy peach, chintz finish, easy care, wrinkle free, water repellent, oil repellent, soil release, Teflon, stain resists, Nano care, paper touch, anti bacteria finish etc. A quality lab is equipped to conduct all types of tests in accordance with American & European testing standards. (Approved by H&M, Organic certified). Complete range of testing equipment from James H Heal & Atlas is available in the lab. Some of the properties for which fabric will be tested in-house are strength, light fastness, pilling, abrasion, color fastness, crocking, stretch & durability press rating.Stringent standards at every level of production have ensured that the products enjoy customer satisfaction and quality certifications.Note: Complete processing and dyeing facilities are provided by TRU Fabric Ltd to UTML as both of the companies are operating under TRU Group Bangladesh.

Muslin is a woven cotton cloth which was once a luxury fabric. Muslin used to be a fabric as highly prized as silk. It is a cotton fabric of plain weave which is made in a wide range of weights from delicate sheers to coarse sheeting. The name "Muslin" is derived from the city of Mosul, in Iraq, where it was first manufactured. In the 17th and 18th centuries Dhaka, in Bengal was regarded as producing the finest Muslins. Mughal Bengals emerged as the foremost muslin exporter in the world, with Mughal Dhaka as capital of the worldwide muslin trade.

Jamdani is a fine muslin textile produced for centuries in South Rupshi of Narayanganj district in Bangladesh on the bank of Sh*talakhwa river. The historic production of jamdani was patronized by imperial warrants of the Mughal emperors. In 2013, the traditional art of weaving jamdani was declared a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. In 2016, Bangladesh received geographical indication (GI) status for Jamdani Sari. It was the first GI status given to any Bangladeshi product.
