১-Delivery Man থাকা অবস্থায় product check করে নিন, Delivery Man চলে আসার পর কোন ধরনের Complain, Return, Refund হবে না।

২- Clothing এর ক্ষেত্রে Size issue, Fabrics quality, Color problem, ছেঁড়া, Printing Quality এ ধরনের Complain Delivery Man চলে আসার পর গ্রহন যোগ্য হবে না।

৩- Product Receive অথবা Return করলেও Delivery Charge Customer-কে Pay করতে হবে।
