Postion - Front Desk Officer

Job Description / Responsibility
Receive letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons; tracking all inbound and outbound parcels and documents.
Manage conference rooms for daily meetings.
Directs the caller to the appropriate associate and when necessary provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
Maintain and update Telephone directory of the organization
Circulate the instructions to the employees as and when required.
Ensure reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner.
Other duties as requested or assigned.

Age - 25 to 35 year(s)

Front Desk, Front Office Representative or similar role.

Excellent organizational skills.
Customer service attitude.

Must have experience working in Microsoft office package (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point).
Able to handle multitasking activities.
Must be presentable and hard working.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Smart, well-groomed and well mannered.
Fluent in English and Bengali.

Ability to work after office hour when it is required.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proven excellent customer service skills and ability to be flexible, a team player and interface professionally with all levels of internal and external customers.
