Nice Denim Mills Ltd (NDML) is a world class denim fabric producer in Bangladesh. It is currently the largest mill in the industry (considering the fact it is integrated with weaving and spinning). Apart from the state-of-the-art machines, Nice Denim also boasts a highly skilled management team with a wealth of exper

ience in the denim industry. Nice Denim strictly adheres to Fire and Building Safety standards and is totally committed to maintain its water footprint. It possesses a Biological Effluent Treatment Plant that can treat up to 150 m3 of water per hour. It is completely a composite (Fully integrated in a single compound) and consists of Spinning, Weaving and Processing/Coloration.

On 9th August 2026, we proudly upgraded to a 5-megawatt solar power system at Nice Denim Mills Ltd. The programme was inaugurated by the Chairman of Saad Group of Industries, Ms. Nur E Yasmin Fatima (CIP).

By harnessing the power of the sun, we are taking another important step towards energy efficiency, operational reliability, and sustainable manufacturing. 🌿⚡

গত ০৯ আগস্ট ২০২৬ তারিখে নাইস ডেনিম মিলস্ লিঃ এর গবেষণা ও উন্নয়ন বিভাগের নতুন অফিসের উদ্বোধন কার্যক্রম অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। উক্ত অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন সা'দ গ্রুপ অব ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজের মাননীয়া চেয়ারম্যান নূরে ইয়াসমিন ফাতিমা ম্যাডাম এবং মাননীয় ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক জনাব আবদুল্লাহ মোহাম্মদ সাদ হোসেন।
