Rongbahar uses an online marketplace model to capture re

gional variation and heritage of Bangladesh. It connects rural artisans & designers directly to the global customers and thereby increases their livelihood, help them create/promote their skills and thus preserve our culture and traditions. Rongbahar believes this journey will not simply assist rural artisans but also help customers around the globe to discover and buy true unique Bangladeshi products. Rongbahar believes women are key to improving and achieving lasting change in society and so Rongbahar is dedicated to bring about positive changes in the lives of underprivileged rural women by reviving and promoting their skills, designs and crafts. Rongbahar work directly with the rural artisans, designers and connoisseurs of art, 90% of whom are women to reintroduce true local handicraft in the world platform.
