Strengthening Worker Voice Through Effective Grievance Mechanisms
A collaborative initiative of CARE Bangladesh, Gymshark and New Asia Group, the project aims to strengthen transparent, rights-based grievance mechanisms across participating Gymshark supplier factories and build capacity on workers’ rights, gender-responsive practices, workplace misconduct prevention and effective grievance handling.
