2. If the delivered product differs in presentation or specifications from what was shown on the website, or if it is incomplete with missing parts.
3. For pre-orders: Customers will

receive a full refund of their advance payment if we are unable to deliver the product within our standard delivery time of 14-21 working days. Please note that sometimes an additional time may be required for delivery, and refunds will not be allowed. In case COTTON MARCH or its authorized agents fail to deliver the ordered product(s), customers will be eligible for a refund according to the timeline agreed upon with their respective banks. Standard refund processing may take up to 7 working days for credit card, debit card, bank account refunds, or through a cheque. For in-stock items, the following conditions apply to exchanges and returns:

1. Exchange and return requests must be made within 3 days after receiving the product.
2. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. It can be tried on for fitting purposes but should still be considered unworn.
3. The product must be returned unused and intact with tags within 3 days of purchase. The delivery charge must be paid when returning the product.
4. If the money receipt, tags, or barcode are lost, the exchange will be considered with proof of purchase history using the provided contact number. Bending or tearing the tags or barcode will invalidate the exchange offer.
5. Products purchased online can be exchanged at our warehouse or by sending them through a courier service to our Service Center. For warehouse purchases, the product should be brought to our warehouse within 3 days after receiving it. All items must be returned in their original condition, with barcode tags attached, and with all receipts/invoices and packaging. For pre-orders, the following conditions apply to exchanges and returns:

1. The delivery time for the exchange product will be the standard delivery time (3-5 working days) if choosing from available stock. If choosing from the pre-order section, it will take 7-17 days for the exchange. Valid reasons to return an item include if the delivered product is physically damaged (physically destroyed or broken) or defective (dead on arrival).
