যে পরিমান অর্ডার কুরিয়ার করা হয় - তার ১৫-২০% রিটার্ন আসে 😢

না, শুধু আমাদের না। প্রায় সকল অনলাইন বিজনেসের এই অবস্থা!

পন্য ভাল না লাগলে রিটার্ন করে দেন - এটাকে আমরা সম্মান জানাই। কিন্তু এরকম রিটার্ন আসে ১% এর কম ✅

সবচেয়ে বেশি আসে - কাস্টমার কলই রিসিভ করে না। কল রিসিভ করলে - এলাকায় থাকে না, টাকা নাই, মুড চেঞ্জ ইত্যাদি ইত্যাদি।
সাথে ফেইক কাস্টমার তো আছেই!

এই রিটার্ন সমস্যার কারনে হাজারো অনলাইন পেইজ বন্ধের পথে। অনেকে অনলাইন থেকে গুটিয়ে নিয়ে অফলাইনে শিফট হবার চেষ্টা করছে।
আমাদেরও হয়ত অদূর ভবিষ্যতে সেটাই করতে হবে।

প্রডাক্ট রিসিভ না করলে কুরিয়ার খরচ, পেকেজিং খরচ, মার্কেটিং খরচ, এমপ্লয়ী যারা জব করে তাদের সময়ের মূল্য - সবকিছুই লস।
গড়ে একটা রিটার্ন পারসেলে ২৫০-৩০০ টাকা লস বলতে পারেন।

৮০ টা ডেলিভার্ড আর ২০ টা রিটার্ন - লাভ কত?
হিসাব মেলানো যাবে না। হিসাব মেলাতে না পেরে অনেকে বিদায় নিয়েছেন, নিচ্ছেন।

শুধু কি অর্ডারকারী দায়ী?
না, কুরিয়ারেরও দায় আছে। ডেলিভারিম্যানরা গুরুত্ব দেন না সকল কাস্টমারকে। একটু ভারী পারসেল হলে সেটা ডেলিভারি দিতে গড়িমসি। একটু দূরে হলে সেখানে যেতে না চাওয়া ইত্যাদি নানান সমস্যা।

ঈদে লাভ লসের হিসাব মিলিয়ে পেরে উঠা কঠিন!
