Position: Marketing & Merchandising Executive
Company Type: Reputed Buying House
Location: House 167 (2nd Floor), Road 01, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute orders through own buyer network or sourcing channels.
Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with buyer expectations and company objectives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers for sustainable business growth.
Communicate with buyers regarding sample development, costing, approvals, and order confirmations.
Analyze market trends and contribute to business development by introducing new buyers and product opportunities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in marketing & merchandising with a buying house or export-oriented garment factory.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage buyers and execute orders independently.- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for quality assurance activities including quality control/audit, inline inspection, pre-final and final inspection.
Report any deviation in the QA system to the management.
Coordinate with production, Merchandising, QA & and other related departments.
Control and ensure the quality of the finished fabric, Cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing as per customers' preconditions.
Any other assignment was given by the top management

Educational Requirements:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Technical qualification in Textile/ Fashion Design will be an added advantage educational requirements will consider who has Buying inspection experience.
