This might be one of the most difficult bags Ive had the pleasure of designing and making the patterns for. Believe it or not, Half of this bag was freestyled. I went into this project with a design in mind but as I get into the details and realtime construction I adjust along the way, that’s actually my favorite part of making complicated pieces like this. Its like my brain goes into matrix mode and i start seeing creative possibilities that i wouldnt have seen in the paper and pen stage.

Upcycling this Gucci duffel was such a fun challenge, this customer wanted three very specific things; a mini barrle bag, a matching mini-mini barrel charm bag and a hand pouch. I used a chocolate brown leather that matched perfectly with the brown of the monogram.
I love dissecting these bags to see how they construct and structure their bags.

This is my version of a Hermes Evelyne 33 which a loyal customer commissioned he wanted it in a warm orange color and slightly larger. Using a Ecco pebble grain leather this bag is fully lined with a large front pocket and top RiRi zipper. The seams are bound with leather with a dyed to match nylon webbing strap. Everything came together so nicely on this piece, I cant believe it myself.

Another custom bag order this time a customer brought in a nylon bag she loved and wanted to me to make it in leather. We chose a butter soft calfskin leather that would be suitable for this scrunched up styling. It is an exact replica of the original bag with extremely luxurious leather and high end trims like a RiRi zipper, my signature diamond jacquard nylon lining and a black leather shoulder strap.
I have been so fortunate to get commissions like these that help people find their perfect bag.

My buddy John V Su commissioned this one of a kind shoulder saddle bag. I wanted it to have more of a modern feel than the traditional saddlebags you see.
It has tons of details like dual pocket as a flap and zip, a back zip compartment, neoprene lined and nylon webbing binding all around for durability.
