Both the authority site and the NIS site have advantages, as well. For example:
1. Nash site is excellent for passive income. If you want to do something that will give you 2-5 months behind a site, then do no work on it. After publishing the required number of content (at least 5 in my opinion) on the Nish site, you will not need to do anything else. The site will continue to generate income, at its own pace. All you need to do after these 3-5 months is to login to the backend of the site and update the plugins, delete the spam comments and do these minor things. But that won't be the case for an authority site. There you have to do regular work, you have to go through the content. No pause.
2. One of the major benefits of the Authority site is that there is a lot more income possible. In addition, there are many methods used for Income, one of the most popular of which is the sale of Info products. Selling Info Products means selling them by creating an eBook, Podcast, Video Tutorial series etc. Even if you sell a Info product on a Nish site, the conversion will not be too much, as it would be on an Authority site.
3. Although, as I said in the previous point, there is a lot of income by selling information products from the authority site, but there is such a problem. You have to spend time every day on customer support, talk to the customers, ask for a refund, provide a refund, and solve any customer problems. The whole thing can be like a full-time job for you.
4. In the case of Nish site, there is no need for such a hard comment. You spend 3-5 months behind the site, writing content, diameter and nothing else. But before making an authority site many hard commitments are required. You have to understand that you have to work on this site year after year. I thought I would not work and then I would not.

Everything on Night Photography covers your site, meaning your site is fully dedicated to Night Photography. Now suppose there is another authority site entirely on photography. Suppose he wrote an article on his site Night Photography. Now Google will see, even though its article is written from the Authority site, your site is fully dedicated to Night Photography. In that case, Google will give you a higher ranking from its articles.
7. One of the benefits of the Authority site is that you don't just have to rely on Google's organic traffic. Suppose for some reason your site is not getting any traffic from Google. In an authority site, that is not a major issue. Because there are many other sources of traffic on an authority site, such as page, YouTube channel, Twitter account, Instagram account, etc. However, this will be a major problem for Nish site as the main source of traffic for Nish site is Google's organic traffic.
8. Lastly, the authority site is very much like a full-time job. You have to give it regular time, work on it. The Nish site, on the other hand, is more like a project. We can start a new project with a few months behind a project, which is exactly what the Nish site is. You can prepare a few months behind a Nish site and start working on another Nish site.
