**We do not have any return option / trial option. But if you want, you can come to our Uttara office and see the product. In that case, you will have the ready product. If there is a defect, it will be exchanged. But there is no return option. *** No complaints will be accepted after the delivery man leaves ***
*The price of each product is fixed. So don't make unnecessary fuss.
*Most of our pictures are real pictures taken by ourselves. There may be slight variations in color in the light. Therefore the product will not be changed.
**Each product will be associated with Home Delivery Charge / Courier Charge + Development Charge. Home delivery charge in Dhaka is 100 Tk
**outside Dhaka. A. Transport courier charge 150 Tk
**If you want to take it through Sundarbans courier service outside Dhaka, you must make full payment advance in bKash, including courier charge & bKash charge.
**If you want to take the product out of the country, you have to pay the full amount of the product through Western Union.
*Products can be booked for up to 1 week with a booking money of Tk. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the order. Booking Money and Advance Payment are non-refundable.
**In case of customized order, an advance of Tk. 290-410 will be taken in Dhaka.
**Know the product details before ordering

***How to get the product:
In case of Dhaka, we will deliver to your address,
***If you want inside Dhaka, you can come directly to our office and take the product. Then there will be no delivery fee.
In case of outside Dhaka, you can get the product through SA Paribahan or Sundarbans Courier. Outside the country you will get the product through DHL and Fedex.
**Product delivery time:
3-4 days in case of ready product
8-9 days for new order.
Live video facility:
**If you order during live video, no delivery charge will be required in Dhaka and outside Dhaka. In case of ordering goods during live video, you do not have to pay Tk 410 in case of Dhaka and those who order in Dhaka will get cash on delivery facility.
