Crafting a 3D-printed titanium frame is a balance of precision engineering and refined art. Each frame begins its journey with a 9-hour printing process, where cutting-edge technology builds the structure layer by layer. More than 3000 layers of titanium powder are fused together using focused laser beams, creating a seamless form. At the core of this process, temperatures reach up to 1600°C, melting and shaping the titanium into something incredibly strong yet light. Once printed, each frame undergoes 5 additional hours of hand-finishing — polished, refined, and perfected by skilled artisans. The result is a frame that marries innovation with craftsmanship — a statement of luxury, precision, and timeless design.”
