Soft Triangles – A Sensory Space for Connection

Soft Triangles is a sensory installation for children, currently in development. It is composed of modular, triangular soft sculptures—each one conceived as an individual sensory unit, featuring six different closing systems that invite touch, interaction, and play.

This project takes place at Haren Prison and is part of Relais Enfant Parent, a program supporting children who visit their incarcerated parents every two weeks.
Soft Triangles focuses on the encounter between parents and children within the prison context, with the aim of transforming the visiting space into a more welcoming, comforting environment—one that supports connection, care, and well-being.

This project was developed thanks to the opportunity provided by and AlcARte.

Special thanks to Mathilde from .bags , who helped immensely with material collection and a large part of the production—thank you for your incredible energy and organization
A big thank you as well to Green , where Stéphanie and Inès helped source dead-stock textiles from major brands.

One of the main challenges was finding materials that were not only recycled, but also felt right. That search led me to , whose amazing team supported the collection of old pillows and blankets.

Soon more pictures of the final result!

Last week we gave a workshop at with . We unfolded drawing into space, where folds, color, and suspension turned surfaces into architecture and objects into a collective landscape, all attachment systems were made in paper, no tape, no nails, just assembly logics, knots, ropes, and space itself as structure. Thanks to all the students for their fantastic engagement. It was a pleasure working with all of you!

A while ago, together with , we worked on a collaboration that brought our worlds together.
The result is a sweater that embodies both our perspectives, where texture, structure, and color come together in unexpected harmony.
Rooted in sustainability, every detail is intentionally crafted, from biodegradable yarns to innovative zero-waste knitting techniques that shape the garment with precision and care.
It reflects my exploration of textiles as narrative and Lila’s deep knowledge of knitwear construction, a dialogue between material and form.

Special thanks to .be for the masterful knitting collaboration.

I love the last picture because it shows what this project truly represents: our complicity as friends and colleagues, and the joy of making together.

Available in two adaptable sizes and custom color combinations. Each piece is made to order.

Also, thanks to for the fantastic pictures, and to everyone who helped during the shoot. Special thanks to

The Linen Stewards is an inspired collective project that began in the Netherlands and is being organized this year in Belgium by the . It brings together 23 people from diverse backgrounds—including agriculture, architecture, sociology, and design—for a hands-on exploration of what a local, sustainable production and value chain for flax could look like.
Over the year, we will be working together to cultivate a flax field, learning every step of the process—from seed to fiber to finished product—under the guidance of experts. This shared journey includes not only the physical labor but also the exchange of knowledge, stories, experiences, risks, profits, and outcomes.
I’m excited to be part of this beautiful project with such an inspired group of people!

On the 100th day of the year our flax has been sown! A total of 400 m² at the Heerlijkheid van Heule is now dedicated to this journey. Together, we are reconnecting with the full cycle of flax and cultivating new ideas, narratives, and products for a more sustainable future.

The sowing violin – a tool of tradition from Flanders, used for a short period between 1910 and 1930. This ingenious instrument allowed for the even spread of flax seeds.

Pulling out the w**ds – a crucial part of nurturing flax. It’s not just about sowing the seeds, but also about tending to the land with care and precision. Each w**d pulled is a step towards a healthier harvest.

I’m very happy to have completed this project with .world for the Builders’ office.

The idea was to make use of an unused space. I started with four base colors, using them to create a different rhythm and color perseption in each textile piece.

Thanks to .be for the collaboration and for your help in the production process.

I’m very happy to be part of the exhibition at Melbourne Design Week alongside other great designers.

Thanks to for the invitation!

What does the idea of ‘home’ mean to you?

Home encompass space—both physical and mental— the tangible and intangible. It’s a place of comfort, fragility, containing rooms, objects, corners, and memories. Experience a domestic space through leisure and dwelling, inviting light through windows and softening surfaces with textiles. Among them are tables, chairs, beds, carpets, books, plants, pillows, pairs of shoes, clothes, teapots, bottles, flasks, and various other objects hard to identify.

For the past few months, I’ve been documenting my friends, my home, my pieces, and my work in process. I’ll be showcasing one of the pieces featured in the pictures.

This rug was created during a residency Ana María did in Portugal with .world who is making the edition of the rug. The production is carried out in collaboration with the Belgian company Bomat.

Cravo is a piece that plays with the traditional boundaries of a tapestry; it has an organic shape and waves. It doesn’t feel static; it’s neither a rectangle nor a square. It has loose ends and feels like a drawing with different saturations of color, achieved through a dying process using the tie-dye technique with the yarns.

Possibility of making this rug by order in other colors.
