I keep an eye open to explore and try out new things, and will give you guys an honest opinion about my experience. Feel free to contact me to with new tips and ideas and any feed back you'd like to give me. A bit about me:
I'm Belgian, an engineer, lived in Belgium (obviously), Vietnam, Africa, UK (London, Belfast, Guernsey), Ireland, Amsterdam and London. I don't really watch TV, I play bass guitar, I cook, I love to soak up local culture, and taste and enjoy what locals produce. Food wise:
I prefer healthy home grown produce and skilled preparation (I won't be eating Irish or US grain fed steaks in Belgium). I value atmosphere, service and authenticity. I'm not an early adapter when it comes to new hypes with expensive price tags attached to them. Wines: I have an eclectic taste, but lately I've been sipping a lot of natural wines. But I won't shun a decent priced Barolo or Amarone. Beer: I'm Belgian. I'll drink any type of beer, except Heineken, Bud, Coors, Carlsberg. I don't like things sweet and fruity. Love to try out microbrewery beers, and I'll shun the big conglomerate beers if I can. Music:
A wide variety of music on my spotify list. You can find my lists on Spotify as a matter of fact. Lot's of Indie, electro, shoe gaze, americana, alternative rock. Culture:
Modern please, but I won't avoid the old masters.
