After a season of seeing how our flagship store in Diest breathed life into our collections, we’ve decided to make it official: we are staying permanently.

Our space in Diest has become more than just a shop; it’s a sanctuary for slow fashion, a place where you can feel the weight of our Belgian linens and the softness of our wools. We share this space with .knitwear , who creates the most gorgeous knitted pieces right there in our store. It’s where the “who” and the “how” behind your clothes truly come to life.

At Ida&Volta, Permanent Forms are pieces designed to stay: refined over time but never rushed & never replaced. ⁠

The DIA dress started out in the most beautiful handwoven Fairtrade Peace Silk fabric from India, which sold out immediately. Since production of this fabric was not possible anymore in later years, we brought it back in Belgian linen and German Tencel.
