LATELY IN MY STUDIO 🧶
leaving summer behind slowly, getting the studio ready for the upcoming season, which I hope to be full of inspiration and new soft knits 🤍 photographing the pieces of the new autumn drop 🍁 and working on a winter version of the crochet sailor hat in the fluffiest cashmere/silk yarn I’ve ever laid my hands on 🤤

Hellooo I’m back🌞 after a marvellous long summer spent with family and friends, in Corsica and Austria, and mainly offline 🙌 I’m now slowly getting back to the routine with fully loaded batteries 🔋 kids are at school, I’m back at work - but I haven’t picked up knitting yet, unsure of how to start or what to do first: developing new knits or making stock of existing items for eventual markets this winter season? Organising a stock sale of the remaining kimono’s and prototypes? While figuring that out, I’m still reminiscing in the summer of 2026 🌞

A few months ago, I made this custom collection of kids slipovers for the new production of Carmen by Ultima Vez | Wim Vandekeybus at Opera Ballet Vlaanderen 💃 they are entirely crafted from deadstock yarn in my atelier 🇧🇪 bringing my 2 biggest passions together: knitwear and music ❤️ so cool to know that my handmade pieces are now worn on stage… more of this please! 🙌

About a year ago, we shot the campaign for the knitted kimonos in my blooming garden 💐 Cécile from made the most beautiful shots on film of Billie 💫 there are still a few kimonos left on my webshop - they are the perfect layering piece for crisper summer evenings.
