The women of Patalenitsa hand knit every pair of Bloc Socks out of local wool and using patterns have been passed down through their families for centuries. The Bloc Socks project allows women in rural Bulgaria sell all their hand knit products here in the US. Dear Blocsocks community. Thank you for your support during the 10 years we were in operation. It is now time for us to say goodbye as we have all moved on to other projects.
