To be a delivery worker, you will undergo a background check and you must have the right to work in Australia. You won’t be required to work during specific hours, that means you can work only a few hours in the mornings, at night, or just on weekends if it suits you. For motorcycle or scooter deliveries, you must hold a full Australian or eligible overseas motorcycle or car license, ensure your vehicle is registered and have insurance or third-party property for the vehicle. Plus, your car, motorcycle or scooter must be a 1990 year or newer. For bicycle deliveries, you’ll only need to be above 18 years old and fit to ride.
