A TUAessence é uma marca de Moda Praia, slow fashion, eco e fairtrade, nascida na Costa Rica, em 2015, e orgulhosamente produzida no Brasil, de maneira ética, por mãos de mulheres valorizadas, com tecidos biodegradáveis de proteção solar UPF80. Todas as peças são reversíveis (dupla-face), afim de torná-las mais versáteis e atender, assim, de forma mais abrangente à demanda de consumo d
as clientes.
As estampas são exclusivas e impressas com pigmento não poluente à base de água. Elas são desenvolvidas em parceria com artistas plásticos, com o intuito de exaltar a arte, bem como a economia colaborativa e do cuidado.
Valorizamos o consumo consciente, portanto produzimos em pequenas quantidades e somente uma coleção ao ano, otimizando o aproveitamento dos tecidos e diminuindo o resíduo têxtil. Os eventuais retalhos são reaproveitados para elaboração de outras peças de artesanato ou destinados a instituições beneficentes que os utilizam para o mesmo fim.
Nossas embalagens e etiquetas também seguem nossa conduta de respeito ao meio ambiente, portanto elas também são 100% ecológicas, uma vez que não utilizamos plástico. Nossa missão é compartilhar a apreciação por tudo que é natural, ao trazer informações acerca da Indústria da Moda, sensibilizando o público para uma nova consciência ambiental e criando hábitos de consumo sustentáveis; fortalecer o empreendedorismo feminino, a mão de obra local e incentivar a cultura do feito à mão, com muita TUA - Transformação, União e Amor. TUAessence is a slow fashion, eco and fairtrade swimwear brand born in Costa Rica in 2015, and ethically and proudly made in Brazil by the hands of valued women, with biodegradable fabrics that have UPF80 solar protection. All suits are reversible (double-sided), in order to make them more versatile, meeting the consumer´s demand more widely. The prints are exclusive and printed with non-polluting water based pigment. They are developed in partnership with visual artists, in order to praise art, as well as the collaborative economy of care. We value conscious consumption, so we produce in small quantities and only one collection per year, optimizing the use of fabrics and reducing textile waste. Any scraps are reused in the production of other handicrafts or destined for charities that use them for the same purpose. Our packaging and labels also follow our conduct of respect for the environment, so they are also 100% ecological, since we do not use plastic. Our mission is to share the appreciation for all that is natural by bringing information on the Fashion Industry, sensibilizing the public to a new environmental awareness and creating sustainable consumption habits; to strengthen female entrepreneurship, the local workforce and encourage the culture of handmade, with a lot of TUA – Transformation, Union and Amor (Love).
