✨ Welcome to Miss T’s Tip Jar – New Segment #2! ✨

Today’s tip is all about routines 🕒💡

Children thrive on consistency! Having a predictable schedule helps them feel safe, confident, and happy—and it makes your day run smoother too.

Here’s why routines matter:
✔️ Give kids a sense of security
✔️ Reduce tantrums and stress
✔️ Encourage independence + confidence
✔️ Build healthy habits (meals, play, sleep)

💡 Miss T’s Tip: Start small! Pick 1–2 parts of the day to routine-ify. Consistency is key, and over time, it becomes second nature.

Swipe through to see why routines are a game-changer for kids! ✨

Welcome to our new segment: Miss.T’s Tip Jar 🌸🫙
Where I’ll be sharing simple practical tips to help parents handle everyday challenges with calm and confidence. ✨

Our first tip is all about handling tantrums: when a child throws a tantrum, stay calm, get on their level, and acknowledge their feelings. 😞

Children often act out because they’re overwhelmed, tired, or can’t yet express themselves with words. By staying calm, you show them stability. Kneeling or sitting so you’re eye to eye helps them feel seen and safe. And acknowledging their feelings (“I see you’re upset because you wanted the toy”) teaches them that their emotions are valid, while also modeling emotional regulation. 💕

Remember: connection first, correction after. 💡

I hope this little tip brings more peace to your parenting journey 💛
